Day 01: Semera – Afdara Lake
- Pick-up from Semera Airport or drive from Mekelle
- Travel to Afdara Lake
- Overnight camping under the desert sky
Day 02: Afdara Lake – Ahmedella
- Morning exploration of surrounding salt flats and geological formations
- Drive to Ahmedella
- Overnight camping near Ahmedella
Day 03: Ahmedella – Erta Ale
- Early morning drive towards Erta Ale Volcano
- Trek to the volcano rim (~3–4 hours)
- Witness the glowing lava lake at sunset
- Overnight desert camping near Erta Ale
Day 04: Erta Ale – Semera → Fly to Addis Ababa
